Get in touch

Tell me what is eating the day.

The more specific you are, the more useful the first call is. "Our inbox is a mess" is fine; "two people spend every morning sorting maintenance emails and finding the property in Alto" is better.

What happens next

  1. I reply within one working day, usually the same day.
  2. A 25-minute call at a time that suits you. No charge, no slide deck, no pressure to book anything.
  3. If there is something worth doing, I send a written scope and price for the Efficiency Review. If there is not, I will say so.

Best fit

  • You employ between 3 and 50 people.
  • At least one person spends five or more hours a week on repetitive work.
  • You can name the process and the person who owns it.
  • The person on the call can approve a few thousand pounds of spend.
  • You want to remove work, not add an AI feature to your website.

Not a letting agent? Get in touch anyway — the underlying work is the same in plenty of other businesses.

Who does it, how often, and what makes it annoying. A couple of sentences is plenty.
A guess is fine. Total across everyone involved.
How should I get back to you?

I will only use these details to reply to you. No newsletter, no list, no sharing with anyone else.
