These are plain-English terms covering use of this website. They are not legal advice and have not been reviewed by a solicitor. The separate client agreement that governs paid work is more important and should definitely be professionally reviewed before the first engagement.

What is on this site

The content here is general information about services offered. It is not advice — legal, financial, regulatory or technical — and should not be treated as advice about your own business. Nothing on this site forms a contract or an offer capable of acceptance.

Prices shown are genuine starting prices at the date shown, for the scope described. The price for any actual piece of work is the one written in a proposal you have accepted.

Examples and the demo

The example automations describe work that can be built. They are not descriptions of completed client projects, and no client results, statistics or testimonials appear anywhere on this site.

The interactive demo uses entirely invented data. The agency, properties, people, phone numbers and certificate dates in it are fictional. It runs in your browser, illustrates an approach, and is not a product being sold. Do not enter real personal data into it.

Any figure produced by the ROI calculator or the demo is an estimate generated from assumptions or from numbers you entered. It is not a forecast, a guarantee or a representation about results, and no reliance should be placed on it as a promise of savings.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without asking first, scrape it at volume, or use the enquiry form to send unsolicited marketing. If you have found a genuine security issue, emailhello@deskload.co.uk and it will be taken seriously and credited if you would like.

Intellectual property

The text, design, code and images on this site belong to Amir Tihad unless stated otherwise. You may read, print and share pages for your own business purposes. You may not republish the content as your own.

Work built for a client is different: on final payment, the client owns the deliverables outright, including source code and documentation. That is set out in the client agreement, not here.

Liability

This website is provided as it is. No warranty is given that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the general information on it fits your particular circumstances. To the extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for loss arising from reliance on the content of this website. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Liability in respect of paid work is dealt with in the client agreement, where it is capped and defined properly.

Commercial terms, in summary

These are the headline terms for paid engagements. They are a summary for transparency; the signed agreement governs.

  • Efficiency Reviews are paid in advance.
  • Builds are 50% on booking and 50% on written acceptance, invoiced on 7-day terms.
  • Care Plans are billed monthly in advance, rolling, with 30 days' notice either way.
  • The client owns the deliverables on final payment, and holds their own accounts for any AI or third-party service usage.
  • Acceptance criteria are agreed in writing before a build starts, and acceptance is tested against them.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
